Entrance Counseling

Fall 2013 and Spring 2014 Direct Loans:

Before you can receive the funds from your Direct Student Loan, you must complete a counseling session required by federal regulation. It is very important that you know and understand your rights and responsibilities as a student borrower. Please contact our office if you have any questions. You can complete this counseling session on line at www.studentloans.gov . You do not have to wait to complete this requirement, and we strongly encourage you to complete this requirement as soon as possible to avoid disbursement delays.

You should contact your financial aid counselor if you have any questions. Our office hours are 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, except holidays.
