January 26, 2011 - Shaw President Dr. Irma McClaurin is featured in the Winter 2011 issue of Ms. Magazine.  The article, entitled “Paying It Forward,” focuses on her educational philosophy and her plans for Shaw.

Dr. McClaurin is a member of the Ms. Committee of Scholars, which encourages women in academic fields to write for popular media.
