Shaw University is currently undergoing Process Optimization. Process Optimization is Shaw’s strategic answer to the question of how to maximize effectiveness and efficiency in our organization. Staying true to our mission and led by our strategy, we are leveraging our strengths and capitalizing on unexplored opportunities in order to enhance the academic and fiscal climate and reconnect with our social base.
Process optimization serves to engage Shaw University’s academic community in identifying areas for improvement and inefficiencies in its operational systems and jointly devise mechanisms to maximize resources, realize cost savings, stimulate innovation, share best practices and improve the quality of the culture at Shaw University.
Our Process Optimization initiative began at the governing board level in accordance with their fiduciary responsibilities.
