The Area of Institutional Advancement oversees the offices of Alumni Relations and Planned Giving, Development and Public Relations, Grant Writing, and Financial Aid. Institutional Advancement also serves as a liaison between the University's alumni, donors, and the media.

The Office of Alumni Relations & Planned Giving works to create and maintain positive relations with University graduates and former students in order to increase their continued growth and development, involvement and support of the University and financial contributions through ongoing programs and services. The Office serves as a liaison between the University and its 8,000 Alumni.
