Summer School - May 19-June 24, 2014
Incomplete Applications Cannot Be Processed

Please read each statement carefully before completing this application. To be eligible to receive financial aid for summer school, all applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Applicant must complete the Summer School Financial Aid Application and be enrolled with six (6) credit hours to receive loan funds.
  • Students who wish to borrow Stafford subsidized/unsubsidized for summer session must have remaining loan eligibility for the 2013-2014 year, or they must be advancing from freshman to sophomore or sophomore to junior status at the end of the spring term. NOTE: Students that have no remaining eligibility or who will not advance may attempt to borrow on the PLUS or private loan programs.
  • Students must be making Satisfactory Academic Progress at the end of the spring term.  Summer awards are contingent upon making SAP.  Summer awards will be cancelled for students failing to make SAP.  Students who fail to make SAP at the end of spring term 2013-2014 may be considered CASH PAYING for summer term.

Limited funding is available.  Aid is awarded on first come first served basis. Applicants after April 30, 2014 may be required to be cash paying. Visiting students should contact their home institutions’ Financial Aid Office for financial aid options. In order to be eligible to receive Summer School financial aid, all applicants must have on file in the Financial Aid Office a processed 2013-2014 free application for Federal Aid (FAFSA) by March 31, 2014.
