When planning an event, determine your needs in detail:Event timeNumber of guests attendingType of event and desired set-up (banquet or lecture style)AV equipment needsOther equipment needs (stage, podium, etc.)Food and/or beverage needsParking for visitorsBudget (if applicable)The booking manager works with you to determine the best available room for your event and will discuss other options or requirements needed. A reservation confirmation is provided and an event booking manager is assigned to your event. By working directly with you and understanding your needs, goals and budget, the event manager will offer suggestions, guidance and solutions to meet or exceed expectations for a successful, safe and memorable event.
