The Thomas J. Boyd Society is our giving society made up of an exclusive community of alumni, faculty, staff, parents and friends who make a philanthropic gift to Shaw year after year. Membership is easy – loyalty is the only requirement. The Society is named after Thomas J. Boyd, Sr.

Membership in the Thomas J. Boyd Society begins the year following one's third consecutive annual gift and can be maintained with ongoing annual philanthropic support.

There are four levels of recognition:

  • Bronze: Three to four consecutive years of giving
  • Silver: Five to nine consecutive years of giving
  • Gold: 10 to 19 consecutive years of giving
  • Platinum: 20+ plus consecutive years of giving
